About

I am a senior IT trainer and consultant based in Switzerland. For more than twenty-five years, I have supported companies and teams on their technology projects — from infrastructure to the cloud, from training to change enablement.

My path has taken me across consulting, training and project management, in Switzerland and internationally. I have built expertise that is both technical and managerial: understanding systems, but also the human and organisational stakes that make a transformation succeed — or fail. Curious and demanding, I keep an active watch so I stay aligned with market developments and with what organisations actually need.

I treat every engagement as a project: listening to needs, clarifying the stakes, structuring the journey, then delivering concrete knowledge transfer. That mindset naturally drew me to frameworks and methods such as ITIL, IPMA, HERMES 5 and Scrum — not as dogma, but as tools for clarity and collaboration. As an adult educator (FSEA) and Microsoft Certified Trainer, I put pedagogy at the centre: making the complex accessible without oversimplifying it.

Today I focus mainly on digital transformation: Cloud, Microsoft 365, artificial intelligence — especially Copilot —, infrastructure and collaboration. I lead training sessions and conferences, and I help organisations move from understanding to action: tool adoption, team upskilling, and change enablement.

My multicultural background and multilingualism — French, English, Italian, Spanish and German — let me adapt my approach to teams and cultures. What matters to me: rigour without rigidity, attentive listening, and knowledge transfer that leaves lasting capability inside the organisation.

Married and a father of four, I am based in the canton of Bern, in the Bernese Jura. This local foothold goes hand in hand with real mobility: I travel across Switzerland and wherever assignments take me.
